This online course will provide work-zone employees with an understanding of the most basic aspects of safety in a work zone and encourage them to develop safe habits. It will go over what you need to know before you go into a work zone, as well as entering and using caution.

Who Should Take This Course

The course was designed to help transportation professionals, local agencies, and contractors improve safety practices and reduce risks on roadways.

Accessing the Course

This training is offered via the course management system Canvas. Upon completing your online registration, you will receive an email confirmation. To access the course, please visit Canvas and login with your University of Minnesota internet ID and password. Once you have been enrolled, your course will appear on your Canvas dashboard.
