About the Webinar
This webinar, part of CTS's Freight 101 Webinar Series, will focus on how the latest technology is defining freight management and optimization. We'll be joined by Ari Silkey, the general manager of Amazon Freight, who will explain how Amazon has developed its approach to freight management and share long-term views on challenges and opportunities in the sector.
This six-webinar series is being held in conjunction with CTS's 2025 theme of "Unpacking Freight: From Producers to Front Doors." The series is exploring the importance of the freight system to Minnesota and offering a glimpse into how key freight modes work in our state. It features leaders from the overall freight system as well as trucking, aviation, maritime, rail, and urban logistics sharing their thoughts about the opportunities and challenges facing the freight industry.
