Booth Information and Pricing

Outdoor Vendors: 110 Spots Available

  • One booth (50x50): $1250, includes two lunch tickets per day (limit two per organization)
  • Two booths (50x100): $2,500, includes four lunch tickets per day (limit one per organization)
  • Booth preference: There will be a field to indicate your preferred booth location and we will attempt to fulfill location preferences to the best of our ability.

Indoor Vendors: 94 Spots Available

  • One booth (10x10): $750, includes two lunch tickets per day
  • Two booths (20x10): $1,500, includes four lunch tickets per day
  • Booth preference: There will be a field to indicate your preferred booth location and we will attempt to fulfill location preferences to the best of our ability.

Registration Information

Create Your Registration Account in Advance

  • A guest account is required to complete registration. We strongly encourage all vendors to set up their account in advance. Create your University Guest Account.
  • Save your login credentials (full email address and password).

Registration Opens Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. CDT

Company Representatives

Company representatives must register separately from the booth registration process. Each organization will be contacted with a separate registration process for all company representatives.

Important Notes and Contacts

  • NO OUTSIDE FOOD or BEVERAGES. If you wish to provide any food items, they must be purchased directly from Canterbury Park. Contact Natalie Derby at [email protected] or at 952-496-6464.
  • Any oversized equipment must be approved before arrival, NO EXCEPTIONS. Contact Carla Waletzko and Doug Assink at [email protected] and [email protected].
  • Tent rentals can be rented through Canterbury Park only and must be done in advance at a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve, contact Natalie Derby at [email protected] or at 952-496-6464.
  • Electricity is optional and must be selected during registration; $45 per booth per day.

Setup and Takedown

  • Vendor setup will begin on Monday, October 5 at 7:00 a.m., NOT BEFORE.
  • Forklifts will be available for unloading on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Takedown:
    • All indoor vendor items must be removed by the end of the day on Thursday, October 8.
    • All equipment must be removed no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday, October 9. Anything left after that time will be towed at the owner's expense.
