Join Minnesota LTAP, MnDOT, and FHWA for a focused virtual webinar on the foundational first step of any environmental review: environmental scoping. This session is designed to give local agency staff and practitioners a clear, practical approach to scoping environmental reviews for federal- and state-funded transportation projects.
