Program Editor
Macy Harder is a program editor at the Center for Transportation Studies. In this role, she writes and edits print and digital content for the Minnesota Local Technical Assistance Program, including the quarterly Exchange newsletter; the Minnesota Shared Mobility Collaborative; and other programs.
Before joining CTS in 2025, Macy worked at Greenspring Media as the managing editor of Minnesota Monthly and custom publications. She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
