Jacqueline Bass

Jacqueline Bass is a program editor at the Center for Transportation Studies. Her work includes serving as the communications lead for the Minnesota Local Technical Assistance Program and Airport Technical Assistance Program, writing and editing, and managing and delivering communications projects.

Prior to joining CTS, Jacqueline spent more than 20 years as a communications professional with Parking and Transportation Services at the University of Minnesota. Her degree is from St. Cloud State University, where she majored in mass communications with an emphasis in public relations and minored in creative writing.
