The Cold Climate Stormwater Center of Excellence (CCSCoE), led by the University of New Hampshire and the University of Minnesota in partnership with the National Municipal Stormwater Alliance, addresses the challenges that cold climates present to stormwater management.
This year, the CCSCoE unveiled a new technical assistance program that engages with state, tribal, and local governments via several endeavors, including hybrid seminars; state stormwater manuals and technical guidance; online learning modules; workshops, training, and certification; and more.
