The Center for Transportation Studies (CTS) is seeking a new director for Minnesota LTAP. The new position will provide overall leadership for CTS in the areas of training and technical assistance—including serving as MnLTAP director.
In addition, the position will lead strategic activities and create strategic relationships that support the work of CTS and position the center for opportunities to meet training and technical assistance needs. The person will identify new opportunities, secure funding, direct programs, guide program and project delivery, and establish future directions.
