Minnesota Roadway Maintenance Training and Demo Day Virtual Series
Our annual Demo Day event is going virtual in 2021!
Instead of holding our typical in-person event, Minnesota LTAP is hosting a series of four virtual trainings and demonstrations on a range of topics in April and May. The series is designed to provide attendees with information on the latest practices, innovations, and research related to Minnesota’s roadway maintenance operations.
There is no cost to participate, but separate registration is required for each training in the series. We won't be recording these sessions, so be sure to sign up for the ones that appeal to you!
2021 Virtual Series Schedule
Detailed descriptions, registration, and credit information is available on the individual training session web pages.
- April 13 and May 18—Excavation and Trenching Safety
- May 12—Chainsaw Safety and Maintenance
- May 13—Drones: Another Tool for Maintenance and Operations
- May 20—Cargo Securement Requirements and Updates on Recent Changes in CDL Driving Rules
Who Should Attend
Maintenance operators, supervisors, and transportation and research implementation personnel from township, tribal, city, county, and state agencies who are seeking continued education and knowledge-building opportunities.
