The “Minnesota Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways” (MN MUTCD) has been established to provide a uniform policy for all traffic control devices on all public streets, roads and highways within the State of Minnesota. It is based on the Federal MUTCD, and published by the Mn/DOT Office of Traffic, Security and Operations- Publications, which also publishes the Minnesota Flagging Manual, Temporary Traffic Control Zone Layouts Field Guide, and more.
